ONE.  Introduction to the basic situation of PVC wall panels

PVC is a vinyl polymer material, and its production material is a non-crystalline material. PVC wall panels have the characteristics of light weight, heat insulation, heat preservation, moisture resistance, flame retardancy, and simple construction. It has various specifications, colors and patterns, and is very decorative. It can be applied to the decoration of living room interior walls and ceilings. It is one of the most widely used decorative materials among plastic materials.

TWO.  Construction process of PVC wall panels

1. Measure the wall surface.

First measure the length of the wallboard that needs to be installed, and cut off the length of the aluminum alloy according to this size. According to the size of the clapboard, calculate how many integral pieces of the clapboard are needed, and the excess space can be completed with the clapboard.

2. Nail fixing holes on the intercepted aluminum alloy, drill holes on the wall according to the spacing of the holes on the P aluminum alloy, and fix the baseboard hook on the wall with expansion screws or steel nails.

3. To install the top corner line, generally apply special glue on both sides, stick it to the top corner, pull it away for a few minutes, and then stick it tightly.

When the two baseboards are combined in areas with high humidity, appropriate expansion joints must be reserved, especially in the corners where furniture is placed, more consideration should be given to expansion joints.

4. To install the wall panel, insert the wall panel into the skirting line from left to right, and the starting block should be grooved from the corner to the corner.

Install expansion screws or steel nails at a distance of 1.5cm from the opening of the wall panel, and pay attention that the screws cannot expose the surface of the wall panel. Apply special glue in the groove of the waistline, and insert it into the concave-convex surface after a few minutes, and the angle must be 45° at the corner.

5. Install rubber anti-collision strips on the aluminum alloy bayonet。

ensure that the left and right seals are inserted at both ends of the wall panel, cut off the length of the PVC panel, cover the panel on the aluminum alloy, and the installation is complete.

6.gluing

When the installation is at the end, the two edges of the corner need to be coated with special glue, stick to the top corner, and then pull it apart for a while and stick it tightly. This will increase the fastness of the clapboard and increase its service life.
