1.Daily cleaning standards
Base dust removal
Use an anti-static dust duster or microfiber cloth to remove the surface dust every week. Avoid using hard brushes (to prevent scratching the printed layer).
For complex-shaped areas, a long-handled soft-bristled brush (with a length of ≥1.5m) can be used to handle the accumulated dust in the crevices.
Deep cleaning solution
Common stains : Wipe locally with a 50% alcohol swab; for stubborn stains, grind with toothpaste (do not use steel wool balls);
Kitchen grease : Dilute neutral dishwashing liquid (pH7-8) at a ratio of 1:40, wring a soft cloth until it is half dry and then wipe in circular motions;
Mold stain treatment : Spray a solution of baking soda (10g/500ml water), let it stand for 5 minutes, then gently brush. For severe mold, use a chlorine-containing bleach (concentration ≤5%).
2.Maintenance of special scenarios
Protection against high humidity
After using the bathroom, open the Windows for ventilation in time. When the humidity is greater than 70%, use a dry cloth to absorb the water droplets at the joints (the key to preventing mold).
Check the condition of the sealant at the board joints every quarter. If it ages or cracks, reapply it in time (use elastic silicone rubber).
Physical damage repair

3.Taboos
Cleaning tools : Do not use acidic cleaners (pH < 5) or acetone solvents (causing surface fogging); Mechanical damage : Avoid using suction cup hooks (pulling force > 3kg May cause local deformation);
High temperature contact : The lamp should be at least 30cm away from the board surface (to prevent deformation by thermal radiation above 65 ° C).
